Salon and Spa Policies
Prices are determined during the consultation and may vary based on the experience level of your stylist, the services, and the time required to achieve your desired end look. This may also be impacted by the length and thickness of your hair.
When scheduling an appointment, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to reschedule chemical hair services or spa services, we require 24 hrs. notice. For spa packages and parties we require 72 hours notice. If you cancel within the aforementioned time frames we do reserve a right to charge a 50% last-minute-cancellation fee. A deposit may be required when booking a party or multiple spa services.
